A Danang day in the life & Quarantine Shopping Vietnam

Sooner than everyone expected but it came as a surprise to everyone and including me that hours later after doing some Quarantine shopping, it was announced that the quarantine ban was lifted and we was now free to move about without and restriction, as soon as the news was heard most locals business owners, like my next door neighbor (Mrs Ha) rushed to open their shops to at least make some money before the night ended.
while doing our grocery shopping at Vincom Plaza it was sad to see a thriving place looking so desolate and devoid of customers but in a world heighten pandemic this what’s to be expected.

  • Don’t mind the supermarket for convenience, however, I’d rather go to the market to buy fresh fruit not wrapped in plastic. The thing about Vietnam trying to be more westernised.
